It was the perfect Fall day to get outside, enjoy some sunshine and get dirty.
Last Friday, IR Group teamed up with Kimball, the Trinity Park Conservancy and The Great Seed Bomb to host an event that would give back to the Dallas community in the Spring of 2020.
Local designers joined us in our seed ball workshop, a workshop that focused on rehabilitating Dallas's Trinity Park nature preserve by creating seed balls made with native seeds to help bring back foliage to our surrounding areas. Not only do these seed balls help bring back beauty to our green spaces, but they help reinforce habitats vital to the migration of monarchs and the well-being of bees.
Between making seed balls and learning about the importance of our green spaces, Designers learned more about Trinity Park Conservancy's mission, and Kimball's Wilder Chair.
Outdoor games like Yardzee and Corn Hole were also available for some added fun. To help navigate the Designers between showrooms, Tonik's #wheresdottie Sheep were displayed as a guide marker.
